Boulder Delivery Policy

We DO NOT place boulders on residential properties using a Moffett wheel loader.

For safety and liability reasons, we cannot maneuver or set boulders in place on residential properties. Moffett wheel loaders are designed for transporting materials but are not suitable for precise placement of heavy boulders in tight or uneven spaces. Placing boulders near homes, driveways, or landscaped areas can cause property damage, underground utility disruption, or unsafe conditions.

Our delivery service will drop boulders at a designated, accessible location such as a driveway or curbside. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for proper placement after delivery.

Dump Delivery Policy

For all dump deliveries, a customer or authorized representative must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and approve the load before dumping.

Once the material is dumped, we are not responsible for retrieving, relocating, or removing materials if the product was not properly checked. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are receiving the correct product, quantity, and placement before the load is released.

Important Considerations Before Dumping:

• Verify the Product: Double-check that the delivered material matches your order (e.g., type, color, size).
• Confirm the Quantity: Ensure the amount delivered aligns with your order specifications.
• Approve the Dump Location: Once the material is dumped, it cannot be moved by our drivers.

Failure to be present for delivery may result in the load being dumped at the most accessible location at the driver’s discretion. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for unverified loads.
